We’re excited to announce that Eater and the Ace Hotel have teamed up on a special dinner series that will bring Eater Young Guns talent --  our selection of the most promising up-and-comers in the restaurant and nightlife world -- to a city near you. Select Eater Young Guns will host four exclusive dinners, featuring custom menus across the country -- and we’re giving you and a friend the chance to join us.

Each of the four dinners will focus on the theme of food as a cultural touchstone for the communities of New Orleans, LA, Palm Springs, and Pittsburgh. Below is the full lineup for the Eater Young Guns x Ace Hotel dinners:
