Recode’s annual Code Conference took place at the Phoenician Resort in Scottsdale, Arizona this week as Co-Executive Producers Kara Swisher and Peter Kafka hosted leaders from major companies like Facebook, Twitter, Amazon, and Netflix alongside political leaders like Stacey Abrams and celebrities like Natasha Lyonne and many more for iconic red chair hot seat interviews.
True to the Recode by Vox mission, this year’s Code convened leaders across tech, politics, policy and media to uncover and explain how our digital world is changing — and changing us. On-stage interviews by Recode’s Kara Swisher, Peter Kafka, Jason Del Rey, and Teddy Schleifer; Vox’s Ezra Klein; and The Verge’s Casey Newton took a deep dive into how we can fix big tech and ensure we get the future right.
Head over to Recode for full coverage from the event and watch full videos of the conference’s hard hitting interviews on Recode’s YouTube channel. Make sure you’re subscribed to Recode Decode, Recode Media, and Pivot for live podcast episodes that will publish in the coming weeks.
