Vox Media today announced the expansion of its Eater channel across Apple TV, Fire TV, and Android TV, with four exclusive new episodes of “Deep Dive,” Eater’s sustainable series on foraging for unique seafood starring Portland chef and Eater Young Gun Jacob Harth.

The Eater channel offers nearly 500 videos (+60 hours) of content from 18 different series developed by the network — Deep Dive, Prime Time, Omakase, Handmade, Mise en Place, Smoke Point, Improv Kitchen, Eater Profiles, Plateworthy, How to Make It, Kitchen Gadget Test Show, Cooking in America, Travel Eat Repeat, Halo Halo, You Can Do This, K-Town, Dining on a Dime and Sugar Coated — highlighting the best of Eater’s exclusive access, immersive experiences, and authoritative voice.

Eater is the locals-first authoritative guide to eating better. With dedicated journalists in 25 markets across North America and the UK, Eater is at the forefront of reporting on the restaurant industry, shaping food culture with its award-winning journalism and programming, and beloved guides and maps. The network has grown into the leading voice in the food media space with its passion for great food and great stories spanning digital and social platforms, audio, OTT and television - including No Passport Required, Eater’s PBS docu-series with host Chef Marcus Samuelsson, celebrating America’s diverse immigrant food traditions, and a multi-year, multi-series deal with Hulu.

The upcoming, “Eater’s Guide To The World”—leveraging Eater’s global expertise—is the first show to be produced as part of the Hulu partnership. Emmy® nominated actress Maya Rudolph will narrate the upcoming original Hulu series, premiering November 11. The series, developed by Eater and Vox Media Studios, explores some of the most satisfying culinary destinations around the world including the Pacific Northwest, Casablanca, Tijuana and Costa Rica.

This expansion onto OTT platforms is a natural development for Vox Media, building on the millions of followers and billions of minutes watched across YouTube and Facebook. Vox Media is committed to creating the best video products to match its other editorial offerings, serving audiences in ways that match their passions and reaching them everywhere they are.
